Unsatisfied

I ordered 3 pairs of footwear on my first order with this company. It took 7 business days to get a shipping confirmation notice. Then money was refunded back to my account with no communication from them as to why! I find out when I get the other two pair of footwear via a letter from them stating "We determined one of your items was not our standards". They just sent them and gave me no options. Order with caution!!!!
